It started with a mutual friend, a game night, and a coincidentally perfect T-shirt. In 2021, Devin walked into Stephanie’s apartment wearing a Powerline shirt—only to find Stephanie owned the exact same one. Between the tacos, the games, and Devin’s easy charm, a month-long streak of inseparable days began. From meeting Sophie the cat to a first date at La Mar Cocina Peruana in San Francisco, they realized quickly that this was the real deal.

They became "official" on Father’s Day 2021, just moments before Stephanie was introduced to the whole family at a round of mini-golf. Now, exactly five years later, they are celebrating their anniversary by becoming husband and wife on June 20, 2026.

Devin and Stephanie have traveled the world together, taking note of the privilege it is to experience different cultures and take in the scenery everywhere they go. They have experienced a love for reasonable adventure together, from hikes through the forest, to doors-off helicopter rides over the Na'pali coast.

The road to the altar led through the desert. For Stephanie’s birthday, Devin planned a trip to a Mustang Sanctuary in Joshua Tree. After an afternoon of petting rescue goats and chickens (including a baby goat named Theo!), they set off on a sunset horseback ride. As the sun dipped low, they came across a heart of flowers tucked into the sand. There, in the quiet of the desert, Devin got down on one knee and shared his heart.

While they love a quiet moment under the stars, everyone knows The Davises truly live for a house party full of karaoke, laughter, and their favorite people. They can’t wait to bring that same energy to Léal Vineyards and start this next chapter with all of you!
